Duties: Support the business systems and network resources, encompassing both application support and support of the infrastructure on which the applications reside. Maintain the stability, reliability, safety, and security of the network-based resources and data in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

  • Install, maintain, back up, troubleshoot, repair, and monitor the performance of servers and firewalls, ensuring that uptime is maintained and systems are available during hours of operation.
